Cleanliness |
Cleanliness is our prime of focus, APET does not allow our Vehicle to be used for Goods, Carry pets, and any other object which can decimate/any of the vehicles. In case of any of such information the User will be charged on the actual cost towards repairing/cleaning of interior/exterior of the vehicle |
Replacement Car |
Replacement Vehicle shall be provided within a city limits only or from the Nearby garage considering the subject to avaiablity and distance from the Location. in case of any mechanical error and restrain the User from its use. In a case, where in Vehicle develops such error outside the city limit. the replacment should get arranged from the nearby Location and the reporting of replacement will be depending upon the distance from the location. |
Fuel |
For Chauffeur driven cars, fuel is inclusive of the selected rental package |
Cancellation or Modification |
Reservations need to be canceled or modified through the APP, email to the official email ID |
Extra Time |
Extra Hours Charge will be applicable over the basic package selected by the renter. |
Extra Kms |
Extra Kms charge will be applicable over the basic package selected by the renter. |
Parking, MCD & Tolls |
Parking and toll charges to be borne by the customer. |
FASTAG, Interstate Tax |
All the FASTAG, Interstate Tax and the Permit Charge will be borne by the customer. |
Interstate Tax |
All the Interstate Tax and the Permit Charge will be borne by the customer. |
Goods and Service Tax |
As per the Government Regulation/Directive will be borne by the customer |
Credit Card Charges |
As Per the Agreed Contractual or Settlement norms at the time of Confirmation of Booking. |
Other Conditions
- Night charges will be chargeable as applicable. If Vehicle used Between 22:00 till 06:30 Hrs
- AP Spothire Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any belongings left by passengers in the vehicle or any losses incurred by renter/client due to any reason.
- Under Outstation Travel the minimum limit will be 300 Kms Per Day, and Driver Allowance will be applicable for both Day and night.
